Phinix operates as an aggregator — the link between quality-assured produce sourced directly from Nigerian farmers and the buyers who need it in volume: export companies and local processors.
Our role is simple to describe and hard to do well: source, consolidate, store, deliver. Buyers get consistent quality and timelines they can plan around. Farmers get an offtaker who pays fairly and on schedule.
Buying & Consolidating
Sourcing and consolidating soybeans, sesame, and other crops from farmer cooperatives, individual producers, and local market networks — building a supply stream buyers can actually count on. Every batch is inspected, graded to specification, and documented for traceability.
Storage
Secure storage in Niger State built to protect quality — controlled for temperature, humidity, and ventilation so produce holds its grade from arrival to shipment. Buyers can commit to procurement schedules knowing what they've bought is stored right.
Moving It There
We manage the full move from source to storage to buyer — transport, documentation, condition on arrival — so the produce shows up the way it left the warehouse, wherever it's headed.
Construction
Phinix delivers construction and real estate work from earthworks to finishing — one team managing every stage so nothing falls through the cracks between contractors.
We understand what building in Nigeria actually involves: material sourcing, regulatory approvals, site realities that don't show up in a drawing. We plan for that from day one instead of discovering it mid-project.
